yeah.....I usually don't pull the trigger on a Google phone so soon after release but they'll never offer that much again

Haha they definitely pulled a surprise on us ...they are always low in values over the years ...I’m looking forward to your thoughts in comparison to your previous phone ...

it's going to be my largest phone ever so.....it will be interesting. When I got my 3 they gave me like 50 bucks or something for my OG Pixel lol.

I tried the trade in option for my 3XL yesterday and today and it only offered me $129 for it. I was going to upgrade. Am I doing something wrong?

It shows unlocked 4a 5G for $199 with qualified trade in. When I do the trade in screen, this is what I see.

What I notice that is different than the pictures you posted is that I'm not given the option to choose "all carriers" for my trade in phone and have to choose "other" like the iPhone options you posted in your first post.

I tried three different browsers also.

That was my mistake. I re did it with the Pixel 3XL and they are only offering $225, and not the $300 listed above. If they were going to give me $300, I was going to upgrade.

I considered trading in when the prices were higher but I felt like trading in my iPhone XR for the Pixel 4A 5G would be a bit of a downgrade (aside from camera).

How much is Google giving for the XR?
I have one I dont use any more but will probably trade it for a new iPhone for my wife for Christmas. Apple is offering $250 I believe.

It depends on the configuration of your device. I just simulated the trade in right now and it seems the prices haven't changed after all.

I would take advantage asap if you want to get a good trade in value (although you could possibly get more selling it via third party like Swappa) but this is a nice amount!

For all carrier versions and unlocked this is what you get for the iPhone XR.

64GB: $373
128GB: $378
256GB: $388

Reason I don't trade my XR is I just got it a few months ago brand new from a third party for $430 (128gb). In my opinion the XR feels like a more powerful phone than the Pixel 4A 5G but if you've had that XR for a long time this may be a good option for you.

Thanks.
I currently have a Pixel 4a which, to me, is as good or better than my XR. I love the size, the fingerprint sensor and the 3.5mm headphone jack. I've also begun to dive into Nest devices so it will perform better with them. I enjoyed the XR while I had it but now it will get me a discount for my wife's next idevice.

Unless you don't want to go through the trouble I recommend selling through Swappa. You'd get more money you can use toward that new iPhone purchase. But I understand this route may not be everyone's preference.

I've never used Swappa. I might give it a try. Thanks for the advice.
