Google Weather App giving wrong location

Hi folks.

I'm using the Google Weather app and as of late it is giving a location 20 miles from me.
Any idea how to fix this?
I've tried deleting data, uninstall reinstall to no avail.

If you use Google Maps and locate yourself, is it accurate there? Does it matter if you turn off wi-fi and just use mobile data?

Also, are you using a VPN?

It appears I didn't have location turned on. I don't remember that being an issue before.
I don't notice anything regarding wifi and no, I'm not on a VPN

Ok, so now that Location is turned on, is the Weather app giving you more accurate information?

Yes. With location turned on I'm getting accurate weather information. I usually don't turn on location unless I'm using Waze or Google Maps.
