I chatted w/Google support on the 20th about not getting the free Pixel A Buds, and the person assisting me sent me that email. Told me to buy the Buds and reply to the email with the order #, and I'll get a credit. At the time, I thought I was special. ??????

Yep. The only thing I don't like is the $99 hold put on my account until the Buds ship, which will be between Nov. and Dec. That's a bit of time I won't have access to that money.

Just received the email from the Google store. Redeemed the offer, buds ordered and scheduled to be delivered Nov 11-12. Time will tell.

Just got my email, redeemed, dark olive, delivery 26-27 November. I never used pixel buds before. It'll be interesting to hear how they differ from my old Bose wireless plugs.

Me too. I was pleasantly surprised to get the email. Although I did order two phones, I was hoping that I would get two emails regarding this but I'm not going to complain

The same thing happened to me today also.

When I originally ordered the phone, there was a message on the page that I could add the pixel buds to my cart and get them for free. I ignored it because I knew the deal was only for the unlocked Pixel. I suspect that if I tried to add the pixel buds to my cart when I originally ordered that it might have worked to get them for free.

Honestly my significant other done a trade in of their device directly through Verizon and got $350 off their P6. I think that thats an overall better deal than these Pixel Buds-A.

My first pair of the more expensive 2nd gen buds one bud crapped out on me, contacted Google for a replacement. Got the replacement and now the same issue. One bud works fine the other one the volume is extremely low, I'd turn my volume all the way up and you can faintly hear it in one bud. Overall I'm not that impressed with them, I also wish the battery life on it was better.
