I didnt know where to post this but since Im active here I was hoping someone might have some direction. Admin please put in correct thread if you want.
On black Friday one of my weather apps had a 50% discount for the year so I subscribed to it. I didnt realize I was already subscribed for a reoccurring 12 month payment. And it was taken out 2 days after I already paid for the half off 12 month subscription.
So now Im out the full amount and half the amount and the duration is still for only 12 months, not extended for extra payment.
Every page I go to for help on Google Play just redirects me to another page asking me if that helped with no way to contact Google about it. I reached out to the owner of the app to see what they can do but I havent heard back yet.
Has this happened to anyone else?
