    Well, after several hours with Google support, they fell back to the "hard reset your device." But I've got to say, it worked! Assistant voice typing appears to be working now.

    Besides what was released to all pixel phones on Sept 8, 2022, I don't know. No new change log yet.

    Something I've noticed since the update. My notifications in the upper right corner will disappear until I hit the home button.

    No, using Nova. But it's not happening at all on my new P7P and the P6P is on it's way back to Google.
