The shipping issues are definitely stressful, though it seems that for the most part the phones are eventually being sorted out. Can't say I'm happy about it, but it's the lesser of two evils compared to
what some have gone through at Best Buy, being told continuously their preordered phones are on delay while watching people place new orders get their phones in a matter of days, and in some cases watching their preorders be cancelled without explanation leaving them denied the promotional benefit of the preorder (not to mention having their actual new phone in a timely manner, or ever).
