I am a Verizon purchaser and I got a message stating I will get an update on 11-4. Just logged into the rebate center and it says I will get updated in a week. Not sure what the update will be.

Have you tried Verizon stores? From what I'd read, they are supposed to have live demos, so should have stock unless they've sold out - and you shouldn't need to be a Verizon customer to buy an accessory.

I got mine today, and I'm pretty impressed so far. I was concerned with the reports that said their phone would get super hot, but luckily, I didn't have that happen, even after using it for an hour. The graphics are good, and I'm glad I got the xl because the pixels on the Pixel would have been even more noticeable. I'm excited to see where devs can take this technology.
