Taking advantage of Best Buy pre-order AND Verizon pre-order?

So, since the Best Buy pixel has to be activated through Verizon - and best buy is currently offering a free chromecast and $100 Best Buy gift card, does that also qualify as pre-ordering through Verizon so I can get the redemption code for the Free Daydream goggles.

If not, it makes sense to go through Best Buy since the $100 gift card will more than cover the price of a new Daydream set of goggles....

Just thinking the best way to approach this....

I was going to preorder through Best Buy because the $100 gift card and chromecast is a better deal... And if you really want the Daydream View you might be able to use the gift card to buy it.

But... Best Buy as of last Friday didn't offer the 128GB in any of the versions. So I pre-ordered through Verizon.

This is the same reason I went through Verizon. Best Buy said at this time they won't have the 128gb model. Didn't leave me with much of a choice.
