Pixel LED Notification

Is there something that I'm missing when it comes to the Google Pixel's LED notifcation light. I was able to enable it from the settings for notifications, but it doesn't come on when I'm charging to let me know that it is charging w/o having to turn the screen on. help please

I don't think it comes on when charging. I've only seen it come on when I have a notification.

There are apps you can use that will add this functionality. I know Light Manager will turn it on while charging, but I haven't tried it yet on this phone. I will now and let you know if it works.

It's on the left side of the ear piece grill. It lights up when I get emails, texts, and other notifications.

That would be great man! I have also seen in other threads about the light manager, which I did download and am using, but I dunno, maybe I'm being picky b/c it doesn't seem to work all the time like I'd like it too, lol.

I can choose which apps I want to trigger the led and set the color for each. When I charge it, the led flashes red while charging. When it's done charging, it flashes blue.

Oh but you're talking about the light manager, right?

Yes. Without an app like that, the stock led doesn't do as much.

Good question, is the LED RGB?

Used LightFlow for years controlling LED notifications, it's great.
