Why I left iOS for Google Pixel

Hey everyone, I came into the holidays with an iPhone 6 telling myself that I would get myself an iPhone 7 when they went on sale for boxing day. When I found out that the iPhone was only available on a premium plus plan for the marketed price ($250 on 2 year agreement paying over $110/month) I decided to see what my other options were. Over the last 3 years I've used a variety of Android and iPhones so I'm familiar with both operating systems. I came across a deal where the pixel was $0 on a 2 year agreement and included a free daydream headset. So I hopped on that as soon as I could and I couldn't be happier. The pixel offers the smoothest Android experience I've ever seen and I haven't looked back at my iPhone since.

Welcome aboard - the Pixel is definitely a level above anything else we've seen on Android so far, but more important I'm hoping it represents a starting point where Android OEMs can take off and surpass it.

i have an ipad and my wife has the pixel.
i feel like pixel is a lot smoother than the ipad now. ipad feel slow with its animation.

That is a ridiculously awesome deal. I paid nearly $1,000 for my pixel XL and feel that it's worth every penny
