From everything I read just security update. Actually 2 together if OTA after March 6th

seems like google changed the update mechanism. you dont need to sideload. all you need to do is go to update screen and click "check for update" I tried it yesterday and my friend tried it today and the update was instant.

if u don't click the button you won't get the update until google push it to all in few days
