Pixel XL 128 black friday

My credits for 10.00 month pixel started, but credits for 25.00 month pixel haven't. Reason being they say the xl promo never existed!!

I'm sure I'm not the only one here with this issue. I have made several calls and spoke to several team leader/supervisor and they all say they can't locate a 25.00 month pixel XL 128 promo on Black Friday!!

Someone pls help if you have had success. Thank you!!

Which carrier? The Verizon deal was for the small pixel only, not the Pixel XL. The T-Mo deal is always $13.55 per month for 24 months.

Verizon. Online there was 20.00 month for xl 32g and 25.00 for 128. Someone on here must be having same issue...

I went down this road with Verizon too. They charged me $350 for being a nuisance and I never got my credit. They did acknowledge that they screwed up. Whatever. I love TMobile!

Not sure if this will help, as I bought the 32gb Pixel XL, not the 128. I did have to call Verizon once no credits showed up after 2-3 billing cycles as was stated in the offer.

I actually finally got ahold of a half decent rep, who found the promo!!! Credits have finally been applied!!
