My Google Pixel XL is locked

I have a major problem with my Google Pixel XL.

I cant not restart it it has press the on/off key to START my phone and it doesnt work it also has Power off, Barcode, Recovery Mode, Restart Bootloader.

the some information about the phone,

the final line says Device is Locked.

i need my phone can anyone help me.

I cant even turn my phone off then on again,

Are I saying the hardware buttons won't let you scroll up or down, and select with the power button?

Correct. You should be able to use the volume buttons to scroll up or down in the list until the reboot option is highlighted and then hit the power button once more to activate it.

If none of this works (and you have access to a PC) you may want to try using WugFresh's Nexus Root Toolkit (Nexus Root Toolkit v2.1.9) to "Flash stock and unroot" your Pixel.

Or, just call support and possibly get a replacement phone.

Have you checked Android Device Manager to see if you can unlocked it or wipe it clean?
