I think it's only the Pixel XL on Project Fi, which is what I have. Hope the update comes soon.

I had to sideload my Pixel on Fi in June about the 20th or so, but received the July update OTA on July 14th.

You're right, there was that one month it was a little late because Verizon added something to it.

Just got off a chat with Fi Support about this issue. They had me restart the phone in safe mode and manually check, which did nothing. They then emailed me directions on how to send them a bug report so they can fix the problem. If the safe mode reboot doesn't work, I suggest going online for a Fi support chat.

To reboot in safe mode keep your finger on Power Off until it asks if you want to boot into Safe Mode.
