Play Store: Can I see all my PURCHASED apps?

I see"installed" and "all" as "tabs in myapps in the play store.

How can I see all my purchased apps?

I am not sure if you can. I just checked on mobile and a desktop.

A few years ago, I kinda think you could (there was a purchased tab across the top).

Now I don't see it.

It makes setting up a new phone a pain.

If you are viewing the playstore from your phone you can see what app you have for that particular phone under the installed tab.
If you look under the all tab in the playstore from your phone you will see all the apps free or paid that you have installed on your phone(s).
Those apps under the all tab would show the apps on whichever phone(s) you installed them on as long as you was using the same gmail account for your phone(s) when you installed or purchased those apps.

For example :
When I view the playstore from my current phone and looking under the all tab ,I can see the very first app I installed on my previous phone(s) that are not currently being used. I think the app still has to be currently in the playstore to show though .
.I always have used the same gmail account for all my phone(s).
