I consider myself an Android power user, but no matter what I do, I can't get the people section to show up on the Google Play store. It seems like it may be an account issue as both my 2013 Nexus 7 and Nexus 5 don't have it showing up. I've tried clearing the play store's app cache, rebooting (it's been months now, so this is pretty obvious), and manually installing the latest Play Store apks (just in case).
Does anyone have any suggestions how I can get it? I also did a once-over of my Google+ settings and don't see any privacy settings that would prevent it from showing up. YSK, I'm rooted, running stock 4.4.4 with xposed; nothing crazy really, just some very minor visual tweaks.

EDIT: I'm also in the US, in case you were wondering. My wife (and all my family members) have the people section too. I just feel left out.
