If by "Play Store ID," you mean your Google account, then they could log into your Google account from wherever they are and wreak all kinds of havoc, including changing your password so that you're effectively locked out of your own account. Can they steal your photos? Only if the photos have been uploaded to your Google+ Photos or some other cloud service. If the photos are only locally stored on your phone, then they can't remotely see them on your phone
