Google Play music service cancelled for no reason
Did anyone else have their Google Play music subscription cancelled without them wanting it to be? I was supposed to get the play music+YouTube red service for $7.99 since I joined the music key beta when it was first released, I still have the mail that shows google telling me that I was going to get that, and I got it for like 3 or 4 months but few days ago I opened my Play music app and it said if I wanted to subscribe for $9.99. My next bill was due Dec 1st, but now I only have the YouTube red service. I asked Google why but didn't get any response. Hope you guys can help me. Thanks
