Why won't my videos play?

[AC Question]

My home button broke so I cant take screenshots. I went to Play Store and downloaded a screenshot app, however, whenever I use it while watching a video, the video immediately stops and the screen goes black except a computer screen icon in the middle. After that, NONE of the videos on my phone will work. They all just show that icon. I should add that I can hear the sound, just not see the video. I have to restart my device to get all the videos to work again, but once I use the app, everything repeats. Pleeease help!!

Try Safe Mode....the screenshot app to which you refer may be causing trouble. If it is, there is little option other than to disable or uninstall it.
Otherwise, try uninstalling Google+ updates, or uninstalling/reinstalling the entire app.

I did this and I guess I have to delete the app. Do you know of another way that I can take screenshots without the home button?

I think you can try some few others screenshot app first, there should be some that are working fine with video being played.

There are none. I have gotten a bunch and none work I will keep trying
