    My pics are backing up into google+, like they should, but I want to be able to delete them off my phone, and have them still stay on google+. Is that an option?

    Welcome to AC.

    In Photos, when you are viewing a particular photo, tap the three-dot menu top right, and select Delete Device Copy.
