Looking into P.F., can I make wifi I'm on, especially at home the priority, rather PF?

I'm looking into Project Fi, when I'm at home I want to make sure that I am connected to my home wifi, is there a way to make my home wifi or another wifi that I am connected to, to be the priority, so that my Project Fi cellular isn't using up my GB Date plan?

Whenever you're connected to a WiFi network that should be the priority for data. Fi should know how to manage that as one of the features of the service is to connect to known, open networks that don't have a captive portal (a page to agree to terms to connect) to help you use less data.
