    Hey, do you all know of any good apps that use the barometer sensor? I've searched in the Market and haven't found many.

    AndroSensor will at least display the current reading of that sensor, but nothing much more than that.

    Ah good call. Cool app, thanks.

    I heard some of the weather apps would start "crowd-sourcing" readings from peoples' cell phones to get more accurate readings...but I haven't seen anything like that yet.

    There is also Smart Barometer... It shows the pressure trend, current pressure and weather status.

    If you are looking for a barometer app that saves data to your device then you can check my app out. I have a link below. If you are confused as to how it works just let me know. It does NOT offset pressure based on altitude, it reads raw pressure data. If it accounts for altitude differences the app will most likely require the Location permission from your phone in order to install.
