Got my OTA after clearing the ServicesFramework. Mine is 'yakju' stock JB.
Clearing the ServicesFramework didn't work on my Nexus 7, but it worked on my Galaxy Nexus.

Nexus S added to the roll out list. It might a while to get it on Nexus for me since i am on ATT. Damn ATT but still a lot lot better than Verizon.

If you have an unlocked Galaxy nexus, it doesn't matter what carrier you're on or where in the world you are. The rollout is independent of those factors. It'll pull down an OTA and apply it even without a SIM inserted.

Thats good to know. but I have a Nexus S (i9020A ATT model). The OTA update was released for GT-i9020T/i9023. do you think i can use the same GT-i9020T/i9023 OTA for my model?

Sorry, thought you were referring to the unlocked Galaxy Nexus. The same is true of the Nexus S, but the software is not compatible between devices.

The software for the i9020A isn't controlled by AT&T, but Google has yet to release the OTA for it. The i9020T/i9023 images are not compatible with your device. It is meant specifically for those devices. You'll have to wait until Google puts up the stock images for the i9020A.

yeah thats what i thought. i know google control the ota update but i always thought ATT approves the i9020A update and i have always had a week or so delay in getting ICS/JB compared to the i9020T/i9023 update. I might be wrong.

I can wait. Not a lot of changed with this update. When the ota releases I will flash it.

It was a nice update for my N7 with the rotation and all, what are folks seeing on the GN(I'll wait for the OTA)? Guess it will pop up for my Google GN in a day or so.

Everything I have read so far says pretty quickly. From a couple of days to a week. Guess we will just have to wait and see.
