So my two year old daughter decided to drop my wife's Bionic and shattered the screen.

We could go with a replacement Bionic for $100 through insurance, or we could buy a Galaxy Nexus for under $200.

Do you think it is still enough of an upgrade to be worth it at this point? Any major issues I should be aware of?

Have you had any problems connecting in weak signal areas?

We live in the edge of 4G so it comes in and out, mostly out.

I still love mine. Not in a 4G area a lot of the time but no trouble connecting. Never dropped a call. When in 4G it's wicked fast.

GNex is still one of the few devices running the latest Android 4.2.2. So that alone is a bonus having the latest supported OS.
