phone memory completely lost

As you can see in attached photo, my phone memory becomes completely lost, but another internal memory is still available . . ..
but the another problem is i cant save another file,like capturing photo or saving txt. File; and itcant read any sd card
this malfuncion happened while im trying to move a 500 mb sized data from sd to internal
