Battery meter stuck on my new Asus Zenfone 450
I bought the phone yesterday ... It was working fine and I updated the softwares and even the firmware .. but then after charging I found that my battery percentage was stuck at 84%... played some heavy games for 1 hr still it didn't go down. I then searched the net and found that factory reset helps to resolve this problem .. I did factory reset and the phone is working fine right now.
But will this happen again? I don't understand whether it is hardware problem or software related.. because doing factory reset whenever this problem occurs is quite a problem
Should I get a replacement or is this just a one time thing
(PS : after doing the factory reset my battery draining has slowed down very much. I brought the battery down to 2% and when the phone shutdown I gave it a full charging)
