My Samsung Galaxy S4 battery is dropping the charge from 20% or 15% to 0%.

My Samsung Galaxy S4 battery is dropping the charge from 20% or 15% to 0%. I am using it to play a game or something and the 15% battery warning pops up and then black screen as it dies on me. Any Ideas? New battery? Better yet new phone?

Honestly I don't care that it dies, it just is annoying that there is no warning and that it says 20% to 15% battery left and then dies. Though sometimes it does go down normally and I charge it when it hits 5%.
