I have a Samsung S4 battery that I haven't used that much. I noticed it wasn't holding the charge for very long so I took battery out and I noticed towards the center of the battery that it was fatter.....there is a definite bump in the center part of the battery.......is this a defective battery? Would I be able to go back to where I bought it and get it replaced?

Hi there. A 'bloated' battery definitely means a defective one. I wouldn't use that in your phone, even, to prevent any further ruptures that might damage your phone (including fire or bursting). As to getting it replaced, it really depends on the warranty terms of the place the phone was bought in (or Samsung if the phone was purchased through an authorized retailer).
