Can I use phone temporarily without camera?

I have a LG G5, the main rear facing camera needs to be replaced. I have already disassembled the phone and removed the camera. I have ordered a new one online and it will be here in about 2 weeks. Can I Reassemble my phone without the camera installed and still use my phone until the new part arrives?

Welcome to the forums. You should be able to. The thing is, some apps may not work if they can't detect the camera.
