    So it's Day 3. Easy walk today, save for the damn dog that followed me nearly the entire way and almost got hit by a car 5 times. :-/ No tag, either, so I couldn't take it home.

    Worked... I'm going out once I get home though. Probably 25 miles, maybe 30 if I get out early enough.

    I did 10 50 yard sprints this morning. Then I did 3 sets of back squats and rowed a mile this afternoon.

    Funny that we both got Fitbits around the same time. I started using Endamondo when Phil suggested it on the podcast. I was using runkeeper, but it didn't 'talk' to fitbit.

    I use myfitnesspal to track my food and all three apps talk to one another. The myfitnesspal android app is pretty awesome, and I can scan barcodes of the food that I eat and it finds it instantly.

    Good luck Phil and everyone looking to become a little more fit. I am down 7 pounds!
