I dunno if any of you have a Motoactv but it recieved an update today that adds 40 new activities to track as well as a shake and show feature for those using it as a wrist watch. (you previously were required to press the power button to power the screen on and show the time.) Full release notes below.

To install the latest software, just connect your MOTOACTV device to your PC or Mac and you'll be prompted to download and install. It's free and easy!

New Features

New Custom Activities
Challenge yourself with truly measurable stats. MOTOACTV has dramatically expanded its capabilities by adding 40 new trackable activities including tennis, yoga, soccer and martial arts. Plus, you can monitor your data, like calories burned and heart rate, online at the MOTOACTV Training Portal.

Online Competitions
You asked?and we listened! By popular demand, you can now host your own competitions, and compete in others created by fellow users in the MOTOACTV Community. Go ahead, lay down the gauntlet and take those guys down!

Wrist Motion Screen Activation
Activate your display with a flick of the wrist. That's right, no more fumbling for the power button. It's a super-convenient feature for all-day tracking.

Additional Watch Faces We?ve added excellent watch faces to make your MOTOACTV experience even more awesome.

Expanded Account & Wi-Fi Setup
Our latest release makes setting up a Wi-Fi connection easier than ever. Yep, you can now configure Wi-Fi networks directly on your device and set up a MotoCast ID to automatically sync data to MOTOACTV.COM ? give it a try!

There is no charge for this software upgrade.

To see what version of MOTOACTV you currently have please check on your device by going to SETTINGS > GENERAL > MOTOACTV STATUS > SYSTEM VERSION

If your upgrade does not automatically install, please make sure that your device is plugged in and click DEVICE > Check for Device Upgrade (in MOTOCAST USB)
