I'm in real trouble. I can not access my smartphone Hisense L675 after format the data .. The reason is that one of my young children registered and did not can remember the email and password, not real I have the purchase invoice. Is there a solution? pleas help me .

Welcome to Android Central! I'm sorry, I don't quite understand. Are you saying that when you first got the phone, it was one of your young children who logged in with some email and password? With FRP, it's asking for the Google account and password you used when you first set up the phone (assuming you're the original owner of this phone). It seems highly improbable that one of your kids would have been the one to log in initially.
