On website in the product description I can see its mentioned as 2A charging for faster charging but they provided with 1A charger. Does this phone support 2A charging without damaging the charging port/module/driver or 1A is the maximum it can support.

    Here is the product description-
    More life

Longer usage time with a 3000 mAh battery and SmartPower 3.0

2A charger for significantly shorter charging times. Integrated SmartPower 3.0 technology with eight-point power saving plan to reduce power consumption by 30 percent. Battery life that lasts 1.46 days with moderate use and over a day with heavy use. (Data based on Huawei laboratory tests, actual times may vary).

Welcome to Android Central! Moved to the 5X forum. Yes, you can use a 2A charger. Huawei just cheaped out with the included charger, probably to reduce costs.
