Help! Not getting sms and possibly phone call until I reboot

I got a bit of a problem. I got the phone less than a month ago and the past week there is an issue of me not getting sms till i reboot the phone. I felt it was strange last week when i try to get paypal login sms and there is no sms coming phone ro phone call validation. It wasn't till I reboot the phone I start getting sms. I am using tmobile

I don't know about safe mode... what should i do when i get in safe mode?

Safe Mode temporarily disables all 3rd party apps you installed -- this can help determine if the problem is being caused by one of those apps vs something with the system.

It's also worth contacting T-Mobile about this, in case there's an issue with the network or with your SIM card.
