    I have had no luck with the 'draw an S' for scrolling screenshot feature. Does anyone know an alternative method for initiating this?

    According to the manual for the Honor 8, this is the only other method to do a scrolling screenshot:

    Scrolling screenshots enables you to take screenshots longer than one screen. For example, you
    can capture long messaging threads in one screenshot.

    • To take a scrolling screenshot, knock the screen twice using your knuckle, and then touch
    Scrollshot in the bottom right of the screen. The screen will scroll down automatically.

    Touch the screen with your finger at any time to stop scrolling and take a screenshot of the
    previous content.

    That's pretty nice. Rolling screen shots come in handy sometimes. I wished that they had better implementation though. On the s7, you can take a regular screen shot and it would automatically give you the option to do a rolling screen shot

    Especially when Honor is requesting a copy of your invoice for the 90 day free screen replacement. Purchased from Newegg so I didn't have a paper invoice. Rolling screenshot came in handy.

    Wow, I would have expected it to be set to the activation date. But they might not keep record of that

    Wait so did you take a screenshot of your order? How did this work? I took a screenshot on my computer of that. How did you know it was approved?

    No it's set to the date of purchase. Glad Newegg is so fast with getting orders ready to ship + I have Shoprunner so 2 day shipping was free.

    I originally took a regular screenshot of as much of the specific invoice page as I could. I received an email a short time later that requested another copy of my invoice (jpeg or PDF)so I guess the first wasn't good enough. Replied to the email with the rolling screenshot image and received a confirmation email later.
    I will say this, if this experience speaks to how the rest of their customer service is going to be then I'm impressed. Support contacting Me at 1 a.m.? An actual live person, or automated, somebody is working around the clock.
