I'm also coming from a Moto X Pure (well, with a cheap Blu phone as a temporary replacement in between). I loved the look and feel of the Moto X Pure, along with the front-facing speakers. With the Honor 8, I love the fingerprint sensor (with Smart Key capabilities), the camera, and the speed. The Pure was laggy at times and the 808 processor would overheat. So far, the Honor 8 flies through tasks with no lag. I also prefer the smaller size of the Honor 8, though the Pure did have a big, beautiful screen.
