Battery Charging slowing down

I've noticed some weird stuff with my battery
I got my honor 8 last week,

The quick charge is awesome, but, I've noticed that the charging is really quick up to 90%, but the last 10% just takes quite a while.
Anyone else had this?

Additionally, the first few days, I slept with my phone at 100%, not charging, and it was 99% in the morning.
Recently, I've noticed it went down from 100% to 75% over the night.
I thought it could be due to some applications, so I deleted the two apps I've installed since the change, but it didn't fix it.
So I was wondering if it could have been some setting changes I made. Could it possibly be a setting problem?

Thanks.

The charging thing is that thats how it works. Fast charge is only up to a certain % and then falls back to normal 2V charging I believe. So, what you are experiencing is correct.

I am not sure about the other problem as I have not seen it go down to 75%.

Have you checked your battery consumption to find out the rogue apps using the battery?

Oh, thanks. DIdn't know about the quick charge as this is the first time using it.

I've checked and I didn't notice anything much significant. My MMS App was running for like.. 3%, but it seemed like the hardware part of Cell Standby and Phone Idle seemed to be mostly in charge of the %. Wasn't really awake so Might need to check again tomorrow morning, but that's what I think I saw.

I think it's supposed to get to 50% in about 35 minutes? I thought I read that on the Honor site.

OP, please post a screenshot of your battery usage over the course of a 24-hour period; after it was initially charged to 100%. This will help us better pinpoint any possible battery issues. Thank you!

The drop over night is caused by data always on settings, can't remember where they are but you can stop data/wifi being always on in sleep mode.

25% drop on idle overnight is excessive. It's usually caused by a stray app. Do you have any apps white listed? If so then try to not white list any apps and see if you still have the same problem

Okay, so these are the screenshots I got this morning.
The phone was 100% at 12, and 77~78 at 8am.
Wifi, data, bluetooth and gps were all turned off, although I've noticed that Mobile Network Signal had a green bar making me think that was on for some reason??
The one app that's still on Kakao Talk, is my messenger app, but it used 1 mAh, which is like.. 1/3000 of the battery?
So, based on the data, I think Phone IDle and Cell Standby is taking most of the battery for some reason, which I don't think is normal.

Very odd. I'm quite a heavy user. My phone doesn't last long at all. As you can see though, my network doesn't stay on constantly like yours.
Down to 40% with 2h30m screen on time so far.

That's what I would expect, as I'm quite of a heavy user myself. So I really want to get this problem solved since my phone is using 23% over 8hour screen off time. Which up to just a few days ago, used only 1%..

May be you have low signal? There is always battery drain associated with searching for network when the signal is low or not available.

This is the option I suggest checking.

Okay, I'll try out this and see how it goes. Thanks for the help! I hope this works.. :(

This was also one of my guesses, but do you think it could be possible that due to turning off Wifi and data, the phone was trying to connect some how due to the mobile data always on option? So, basically it wanted to connect even when I disconnected on purpose. Thought of this becasue now that I think of it, when my phone didn't drain as much, I think I had wifi on over the night, which means that it didn't have to be looking for connections... but then I don't know how much the wifi takes... Guess I'll just test it out for the next few days.

Buts thank you for all the help!
