Change Data Usage Cycle start date?

My data usage cycle currently starts on the first of the month, but my data allotment actually resets on the 16th of each month.

How do change the start date?

Not sure if the Honor has a different set up for that menu, but it shouldn't... Should be in Settings, Data Usage. There, where you see the cycle date information, you should see a drop down menu and at the bottom of that there should be an option to 'Change Cycle'.

Looks like this is not available in EMUI 5. I had used it in EMUI 4 and didn't bother to check after my nougat update.

I can't find it in 4.1 also.

Strange there's no way to set that.

In 4.1 it's under settings in "data traffic management" look for the cog on the upper right of the screen and tap that.
All the adjustment settings will be there.

I still can't find a way to change the setting. Here's what I see on that page:

What about on the page where you're actually seeing the data usage (total, broken down by app, etc.)?

The only setting you can change is the amount of data, I tried to find a way to change the start date on marshmallow and nougat to no avail.

Mmm... weird! Then it's definitely something the manufacturer decided to strip from their custom Android version...
