I have Honor 8 lite and I just unlocked bootloader. Everything went perfectly until it turned on and realised that the keyboard isn't showing on the screen. All the apps and memory is gone as it's suppose to, but there isn't some of the apps that are suppose to still stay on the phone such *** play store. I tried to recover the phone by huawei eRecovery, but it says 'getting package into failed'. I also tried to lock the bootloader back, but it doesn't let me. What am I suppose to do? I'm running out of ideas... HELP PLEASE!
PS. The phone didn't go to factory reset when it first turned on after unlocking bootloader. Is that the reason why the keyboard isn't working and some of the apps that are suppose to be there aren't there?
