But mines completely off to ensure the best performance, I think. It's working fine and feels quickWell the honor 8 is already fluid and smooth to begin with. It has zero lag of any kind. If there is a setting that will speed up certain aspects then I would want to either change them to best or turn them off if that's the best. I heard both. Turning animations off to be good and keeping them at .5 is good so I'm not really sure which is best to be honest. Probably not enough difference to tell really. Not that I've seen or can tell by trying both settings. Both appear to be quick which is what I would want but for now I have mine turned to .5 but before that I had them set to off. I'm not seeing really any difference between the two.
Up to you but be careful as it can disable certain features on the phone if animations are disabled. Of course if it works fine then greatIt's quite noticeable to see improvement in the phones performance. Can't go back to not disabling them
