I have an HP Touchpad with CM7.1 Alpha 3.5 installed. I would like to completely unistall it and then put CM9 on. I'm running into problems with the uninstall process. On my laptop I have verified I have the Novacom driver. When I put the TP into the white USB mode, I do show the device connected to the computer. I am typing the command line once i have drilled down to the Palm, Inc. folder in Program Files. However, when I get to the command line on my computer and type:
novacom boot mem:// < ACMEUninstaller
The TP immediately goes to the boot HP logo and is then unresponsive. I never get the penguins or removal process. As, a result I have to do a hard reset to reboot back to CM7.
Any troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Rick
