System suddenly using 27GB phone storage

Suddenly the system is using 27GB of phone storage on my Htc 10 when a couple of hours ago there was still 19 of 32GB free!!
Phone storage is full and nothing can manually be moved to SD card it seems?

Might be a bad update again with Google apps. Check all the google applications and see if any of them have excessive data... if so, clear them. Also check you social media apps. Also, you might try Disk Usage to see if it can help you identify where excessive data is stored. You might have to remove some apps to install the app though if you currently don't have room.

Give the Boost app a try. Clean up the files and see what that does.
Does the sudden app usage coincide with a recent app install?
