Forcing Nougat update

So we all know Vzw isn't pushing Nougat yet, but may have found a way to force it. Google search took my to a story on Androidpolice that talked about Europe being Nougat and that it was delayed. If you wanted to force the download, however, it have a website of http://t.htc.com/nougatdownload tried the address and its downloading now. File is named "ruu_perfume_uhl_n70_se..." for those with a lot more knowledge of Android than me, whatcha think? Is this a legit HTC N update?

Software versions are very carrier specific and I don't think I would side load a European update. Not a good idea...
