I have this weird issue with WIFI that is not present on a 6 year old Samsung Galaxy S2.
Whenever my phone goes to sleep, and I turn it on again after 10-15 minutes or more, Wi-fi does not reconnect to my home network.
Wi-fi is STILL enabled, I can scan for other wireless networks in the Wifi Analyzer app or in the phone settings (screenshots below), EXCEPT my home network is not visible. So I have to manually turn off Wi-fi and then turn it on again, so that it reconnects.
I have "keep WIFI on during sleep" option set to "Never", my home network is on 2.4 GHz.
Is anybody else experiencing this problem on their HTC 10 (Nougat 7.0) ?
EDIT : Changed my wi-fi channel from 13 to 11, fixed the problem. Apparently, channel 12 and 13 cause this issue on my TP link TL-WR841N router.
