HTC 10 VZW Stock Oreo - Not getting push mail, have checked battery optimization

[Android Central Question]

2 weeks ago my VZW HTC 10 upgraded to Oreo (OTA Stock) and every since then my push email through Exchange is not working. I have tried the default Mail app, the Outlook app, and now I am using Nine and none of them are pushing. I have to manually open the app and refresh. I have checked the sync settings to confirm Push and also made sure the apps are not being Battery Optimized. Anything else I'm missing?
