Htc 10 won't reboot

Phone crashed after updating about 40 apps. After pressing volume down & power button for about 30 seconds. Try to reboot to bootloader but just goes off again. Goes off no matter what I select. Does show system info which has a lot of err showing. Also shows barcodes when selected. These all say err too. Not sure if it's charging or not. Plug it in and it shows charging but only at 1%

Welcome to Android Central! Leave it plugged into a wall outlet undisturbed for at least 6 hours, then try powering on again.
