    Hi there,

I just bought an HTC ChaCha the other day cause I needed a simple Smartphone with a decent keyboard.
Big Problem now: The ChaCha seems to be too old to access the market or play store. Whenever I try to login I just get the message that my password ist noch correct.
I checked my gmail account and I actually got an email saying that google blocked the market app on my chacha because its considered outdated and unsafe.

    What can I do?
The only reason I bought this phone is because of whatsapp. And now I can't install it.

    thanks!

Welcome to Android Central! Try manually installing the Google Play Store apk. Make sure "Unknown Sources" is checked on in Settings>Security, and find the apk file here: [Update: APK Download] Google Play Store v5.8 Rolling Out With Hamburger-Arrow Morphing Animation
