I have three apps installed. Three of them. Somehow, these three apps take up over TWO GIGS of storage. I already cleared all of their caches and did the basic workarounds. I cannot tap on any of the different types of storage from the storage menu in settings. (I.e. music, apps, system/other) The phone only comes with "eight" gigs of space. Without getting an SD card and without telling me to clear the individual cache of each and every app, which I've tried, is there any way to free up this space?

Hello I've noticed people complaining on these forums about previous HTC 5 series models and it seemed they only allocate around 1gb of storage for apps then, where my old Moto G 1 could take 4gb of apps.

So what is the actual size of those apps according to the Play Store, then someone can help figure what is hogging your storage.

I have done the same thing I have only 2 apps on my phone and my phone storage is completely full. I clean it out on a daily basis and it it still full. I have an sd card but it will not let me save anything to it.
