Welcome to Android Central! Those sticker images are used by the Facebook Messenger app, and are probably downloaded and cached by the app on the phone. If you delete it, Messenger will probably download and cache it again. Cached images used by apps typically shouldn't show up in your Gallery, since the directory they're stored in should have a ".nomedia" file that instructs the system to ignore that directory when looking for images to put in the Gallery. The Facebook developers probably forgot to put that file in there--if you can find that directory using a file manager app, you could add it yourself (just a blank text file titled ".nomedia").

Otherwise, you can get rid of Facebook Messenger, or just accept the fact that those images will clutter your Gallery.
