Touch screen issues, can't login. How can i get into my phone?

Touch screen issues, can't login

I have a HTC desire C which until recently has been not working.
The problem is when I pull the ring, like normal, a number password entry is required and I haven't changed the password but the first three numbers ( 1,2 and 3) don't work when I press them and those three are what I need to open my phone.

Please could you help ?

p.s the other numbers, when i click on them work + ive asked as a guest but now ive made an account so i know when people answer my question!

It seems like you have an issue with the digitizer? If so, you will likely need to have the screen repaired to gain access. I would suggest contacting HTC for a repair or replacement of the device.
